Meizu M3 launched with octa-core processor, 3GB RAM and 2870 mAh battery

Meizu launched two high-end devices Meizu pro 6 and Meizu M3 Note this month. The company was teasing the Meizu M3 smartphone on their social media accounts and now Meizu has finally unveiled the new Meizu M3 smartphone with top-end specifications with a 5-inch display and a fingerprint scanner.

The Meizu M3 is the successor to the Meizu M2. It is priced at 599 Yuan (around $92)for 2GB RAM variant and the 3GB RAM variant is priced at 799 Yuan (around $123). It is available for pre-order on the official website here and will be available in blue, pink, gold, grey, white and black color options.

The Meizu M3 comes with a 5-inch HD display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and is powered by the 1.5GHz MediaTek MT6750 octa-core processor along with Mali T860 GPU. It comes with two variants, one with 2GB RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage and the second one with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. The device also supports upto 128GB expandable MicroSD card storage. It runs on Flyme 5.1 powered by YunOS.

It features a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and PDAF for fast focus in just 0.2 seconds. it also features a 5-megapixel front facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and fotonation 2.0 feature. It supports dual SIM and is backed by a 2,870mAh battery.

Connectivity options includes 4G LTE with VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and a MicroUSB 2.0 port. A mTouch fingerprint scanner is placed on the mBack home button. measures 141.5 x 69.5 x 8.3 mm and weighs around 132 grams.
