SophiaThe Chinese company ZTE is not that popular, but is getting good response in some of its key markets. The company is manufacturing a number of new products including smartphones and tablets. ZTE has got number of approvals for its new smartphones with android from TENAA and FCC and some of the products have been spotted at the benchmarking sites revealing the specs. Some of these includes ZTE Blade A510, ZTE Nubia NX529J, ZTE A2017 on GFXbench, ZTE BV0710 on GFXBench and many others. A new tablet from the company has just been spotted at the GFXBench database listing its key specs.
The new tablet is listed with the name ZTE Z981 in GFXBench database and the listing for the tablet confirms the specs of this tablet like a large 13.8-inch display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and is powered by the octa-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 (Cortex A53 – ARMv8) processor that also comes with a Qualcomm Adreno 405 GPU. This tablet comes with 2GB of RAM and 25GB of inbuilt storage capacity that might be 32 GB at the time of its launch.
ZTE Z981 tablet runs on the Android 6.0.1 marshmallow out of the box. It features a 12-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and autofocus features. It also comes with a 5-megapixel front facing camera. It comes with Bluetooth, GPS, WiFi and other standard connectivity options as well. It only supports single SIM. No other details about this tablet are currently are available in the GFXBench listing, so we have to wait for any official confirmation from the company for this tablet.
A high-end smartphone ZTE A2017 was also spotted recently on GFXBench that was having features like a 5.5-inch display with 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution and is powered by the Qualcomm ‘s latest processor called 2.1GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 ([email protected] + [email protected] – ARMv8) with Qualcomm Adreno 530 GPU. It has 4GB of RAM available with 64GB inbuilt storage capacity. It runs on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, latest OS from the search engine giant Google.
The ZTE A2017 comes with a 19-megapixel rear camera according to the listing, but that will be a 21-megapiel camera at the time of its launch and it has an 8-megapixel front facing camera as well. The rear camera of the phone comes with LED Flash, face detection, auto focus and touch focus features. The device comes with connectivity options like Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, WiFi and single SIM connectivity. It also has some sensors like accelerometer, light sensor, pedometer and proximity sensor.
