Motorola has finally launched the Moto G 3rd Gen after so many rumors about its RAM, design, storage etc. It will be available in two variants making true some of the rumors. It has 8 GB and 16GB variants with 1 GB RAM for 8GB variant and 2 GB RAM for 16 GB variant. In Motorola’s event at New Delhi, Motorola launched this device that comes with Moto Display and Quick Capture features.
Moto G 3rd Gen will also be available in India from today’s midnight on Flipkart for Rs. 11,999($188) for 8 GB variant and Rs. 12,999($204 approx.) for 16GB/2GB RAM variant. Its available in black and white variant on flipkart.
As we expected it comes with 5 inch 720p HD Display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and 1280 x 720 pixel resolution. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) Processor with 1.4 GHz Quad Core CPU and Adreno 306 with 400 MHz GPU. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS out of the box.
It supports Dual Sim (GSM + LTE) and has 1GB and 2GB RAM variants with 8GB and16GB storage respectively with up to 32 GB microSD expandable storage. It features a 13 MP rear Dynamic CCT Dual LED camera with a 5 MP front camera.
Camera features includes f/2.0, Field of View (FOV) 76 Degrees, Auto Focus, Quick Capture (Twist Wrist to Launch Camera), Tap Anywhere to Capture, Slow Motion Video, Burst Mode, Auto HDR, Panorama, Video iHDR, Manual Focus and Exposure Controls, Timer, Dynamic CCT Dual LED Flash, Hybrid Multi-layer / Absorptive IR Cut Filter, Tap to Focus, 4x – Digital Zoom (Zoom to Drag In / Out), Active Viewfinder (Recognizes QR Codes and Barcodes), Image Editor.
It has a 2470 mAh battery and has connectivity options such as 4G LTE, GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, BeiDou, with Google Maps, Wifi, GPRS, EDGE, USB v2, 3G, Bluetooth 4. It weights only 155 gms.
