This public beta of iOS has a build number of 13A4305g. This means that content wise its same as the fourth iOS 9 beta which was seeded to the developers yesterday. Also the version of OS X EI Capitan, which the public testers are receiving is almost identical to EI Capitan Beta 4.

Only those beta testers who have signed up for the beta testing program and who are already having first public beta installed can update the second beta of iOS over- the- air.

iOS 9 beta marks the return of Home sharing of music. This is an option which allows you to share your iTunes library over a Wi-Fi network with other mobiles. This feature was removed in iOS 8.4 but has returned through new iOS 9.
