Gionee S9 launching on November 15 with dual-rear cameras, hits AnTuTu as well

Gionee’s upcoming flagship Gionee S9 will launch on November 15 according to a new teaser released by the company on their weibo account. The device has also been spotted listed at ANTuTu with all specs listed. The teaser image posted by the company comes with dual rear camera setup with an LED flash. The device will also have a fingerpirnt scanner on the front panel as we saw in the TENAA images.

To recall, the Gionee S9 has already got the TENAA approval a week back revealing its specifications and images. The Gionee S9 will be powered by a Mediatek processor and will have good amount of RAM.

At AnTuTu, the Gionee S9 was spotted listed with features such as a full-HD display having a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage capacity. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box. It will be powered by a MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755) processor with Mali-T860. It will feature a 13-megapixel rear and 13-megapixel front facing cameras.

At TENAA, Gionee S9 was spotted listed with features like a 5.5-inch full-HD IPS display with 1920 × 1080 pixel resolution and will be powered by a 1.8 GHz octa-core processor that might be a MediaTek or a Snapdragon processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage capacity with up to 128GB of expandable MicroSD card storage capacity. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box and will support Dual-SIM as well.

It features a dual-rear camera with 13-megapixel and a 5-megapixel sensors with an LED flash. There will also be a 13-megapixel camera available on the front panel. IT will be backed up by a 3000mAh battery and connectivity options includes 4G LTE, GPS, Bluetooth, USB, WiFi and FM Radio support as well. It measures 154.2 × 76.4 × 7.4 mm and weights 166.5 grams. It comes with Gold color option.
