Motorola Moto M listed at TMall ahead of launch priced at 1999 yuan ($295)

Motorola is going to launch its new Moto M series smartphone Moto M today in an official event in China but the device is already listed at tMall e-commerce website in China priced at 1999 yuan (around $295). It comes with all the press images and specifications of the smartphone comes with the model number XT1662. The device was previously leaked online in leaked images, benchmarks and in some other leaks as well. The Moto M is expected to launch today along with the Lenovo P2. No new available when it will be available globally.

Let’s checkout the specifications of the device listed at tMall listing. The Moto M (XT1662) comes with a 5.5-inch full-HD display with 1920 x 1080 pixel resolution and 401Ppi. It is powered by the 1.8Ghz octa-core Mediatek Helio P15 processor and comes with 4GB RAM and 32GB inbuilt storage capacity. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box and comes with dual-SIM option.

The Tmall listing also confirms that it features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, PDAF,  and a 13-megapixel front facing camera as well. It is backed up by a 3050mAh battery with quick charge feature. It comes with connectivity options such as 4G+, Bluetooth, WiFi and other connectivity options as well. A fingerprint scanner placed on the rear side and it also comes with P2i hydrophobic coating. It comes with Dolby Atmos sound.

These are not the better specs for this phone as there are number of choices for the users available in China. In China you can buy Xiaomi Mi 5s at the same price that comes with the latest Snapdragon 821 processor with 4GB RAM. The Mi 5s also comes with metal body and ultrasonic fingerprint scanner that makes it more premium than the Moto M.
