Huawei’s upcoming flagship in the Huawei Mate series known as Huawei Mate 9 have been leaked a couple of times online and it was confirmed that the new Huawei Mate 9 will have curved screen variant also. The company may announce the new Mate 9 smartphone in its November 3rd event taking place in China. Evan Blass, today posted a new HD render from the Mate 9 on his Twitter account that looks stunning in Purple color option but its not the curved screen one.

The leaked render by Evan Blass shows the device with more details. The device comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack on the top left and has volume and power buttons on the right side. On the bottom we have the Type-C port along with the speaker. On the rear side we have the Leica branded dual-camera setup with dual-tone LED flash followed by the round shaped fingerprint scanner just below the dual-camera setup. Overall, the device looks stunning in this render and it looks different from the previously leaked renders.

According to the rumors, the Huawei Mate 9 will have a full metal body and will have a 5.9-inch or a 6-inch FullHD display with 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and will be powered by an octa-core HiSilicon Kirin 960 processor with 4GB RAM + 64GB inbuilt storage option, 4GB RAM + 128GB inbuilt storage option and 6GB RAM + 256GB internal storage options. It will have a a large 4000 mAh battery and will also have a Leica branded dual-camera setup. It will run on the Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box.

As for the pricing, a weibo user leaked the pricing details for the device and he confirmed that the Huawei Mate 9 will be priced at 3399 yuan (around $510) for the 4GB RAM + 64GB inbuilt storage option, 3899 yuan (around $585) for the 4GB RAM + 128GB inbuilt storage and 4699 yuan (around $705) for the top-end 6GB RAM + 256GB internal storage option. The carrier variant of the device will be priced at 3199 yuan (around $480).
