Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 launched in China with 3.8-inch display, 2GB RAM and 1950mAh battery

Samsung has launched the new Clamshell device Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 in China today. This new foldable smartphone is now listed at official Samsung China website with all the specifications and images of the device. It is listed in the Gold color option and there is no information available about its pricing and availability details.

It also got the TENAA approval last month revealing all the specs and images. The global availability details were also not disclosed by the company. The Samsung Galaxy Folder 2 comes with model number SM-G1600) and features a 3.8-inch TFT WVGA display with 480 x 800 pixel resolution and is powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor with Adreno 308 GPU.

It comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB inbuilt storage capacity and up to 128GB MicroSD card expandable storage capacity. It runs on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out of the box. It features an 8-megapixel rear camera with f / 1.9 aperture full-HD (1080p) video recording  and LED flash.

It also comes with a 5-megapixel front facing camera with f / 1.9 aperture. It is backed up by a 1950mAh battery with standby time of 318 hours on 4G LTE network. Connectivity options includes 4G LTE, 3G, USB 2.0, Micro USB headphone jack, GPS, Glonass, Beidou, WiFi 802.11 b / g / n 2.4GHz and Bluetooth v4.2. It measures 122 x 60.2 x 15.4mm and weights 160 grams.
