OnePlus 3 is the next big discussion now a days in the smartphone world which got leaked in renders and was spotted on benchmark websites databases and in other leaks also. The device has also got the FCC approval a few days back confirming that it will have 3000 mAh battery.The company has announced that the OnePlus 3 will be launched on June 15 in China. The company has posted this news in an official blog post.

A week back, we told you about the Onelus 3 getting the TENAA approval with 4GB RAM and other specifications and the listing also leaked out the images of the device. The question was about its 6GB variant that was leaked in previous rumors and the TENAA listing with 4GB RAM option nearly disappeared the hopes of a 6GB variant.

But now, the TENAA listing has confirmed the 6GB RAM option along with 4GB RAM for the OnePlus 3. The old TENAA listing now lists the OnePlus 3 with 6GB RAM and 4GB RAM. The other specs of the device are same as we discussed in the previous OnePlus 3 TENAA listing article like it will have a 5.5-inch AMOLED full HD display with 1080 × 1920 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 2.15GHz quad-core processor that will be the Snapdragon 820 SoC. It has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage capacity with no expansion slot.

It runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out of the box and features a 16-megapixel rear LED flash camera and an 8-megapixel front facing camera. It is backed up by a 3000mAh battery and connectivity options includes 4G LTE, 3G, Bluetooth, USB, GPS etc. It measures 152.6×74.6×7.3mm and weights 160 grams. Multiple color options are available like Light gray, black and gold. A fingerprint scanner is also expected on the home button.

The FCC documents confirmed the two model numbers Oneplus A3000 and Oneplus A3003. The 3000 mAh battery was also confirmed along with some of the connectivity options like 4G LTE, WiFi IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth and OxygenOS 3.1.0 based on android. It measures 151×74×7 mm and weights 158.75 grams.
