ZTE’s CEO started teasing the ZTE Axon 2

ZTE’s upcoming flagship ZTE Axon 2 is getting ready for an imminent launch as the company CEO Zeng Xuezhong has started teasing the Axon 2 on his weibo account and we expect a launch event date arriving soon on his weibo account. The teaser images shared by Zeng compares the bottom part of ZTE Axon 2 with the iPhone 6s and Huawei P9 bottom part.

The full images and specs were already got leaked by TENAA listing of the Axon 2 where it was listed with the name ZTE A2017. The device was also listed on a third party retailer and on GFXBench with price and specs. It was listed at TENAA with specs like a 5.5-inch OLED 2k display with 1440 × 2560 pixel resolution, 2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 820 processor, 4GB of RAM, 64GB inbuilt storage and up to 128GB expandable storage capacity.

Other notable features includes Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS, a 20-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash, an 8-megapixel front camera, a 3140mAh battery, measures 154 × 77 × 9.8 mm with 175 grams weight, Golden color option and connectivity options like USB, Bluetooth, GPS, 4G LTE, 3G, NFC and USB Type-C port as well.

On GFXBench, it was listed with the name ZTE A2017 and specs such as a 5.5-inch display with 2560 x 1440 pixel resolution, a 2.1GHz quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 ([email protected] + [email protected] – ARMv8) processor with Qualcomm Adreno 530 GPU, 4GB of RAM, 64GB inbuilt storage capacity, Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, a 20-megapixel rear camera, an 8-megapixel front facing camera, connectivity options like Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, WiFi and single SIM connectivity.
