Xiaomi is going to launch its upcoming smartphone in the phablet category called the Xiaomi Mi Max in the May 10 event. The company is already teasing the device on their weibo account. The company CEO Jun Lei shared a new teaser image of the Mi Max on his weibo account showing us the side design of the device. The device also got the TENAA certification as per some weibo users. The TENAA listing allegedly comes with full device images and specifications.

The TENAA listing shows the MI Max device that looks similar to the Xiaomi Mi Note and the Mi Max doesn’t have the rumored fingerprint scanner on the home button, instead, the fingerprint scanner is placed on the rear side of the device and their is no physical home button also available on the front panel as we saw in the leaked renders or images of this device. But the images on TENAA listing are similar to the leaked image that was leaked a couple of days back.

The TENAA listing confirms the specs of the device like a 6.44-inch full-HD display with 1080×1920 pixels resolution and is powered by the hexa-core Snapdragon 650 processor. The device comes with two variants: one with 2GB of RAM + 16GB storage and the second one with 3GB of RAM + 32GB storage.

It features a 16-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front facing camera. A 4000mAh battery powers the device and connectivity options includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, Glonass and 3G. It runs on the latest MIUI 8 OS that is based on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. The Xiaomi MI Max is expected to be priced around 1299 yuan(around $200) as per rumors.
