Sony Mobile has officially confirmed that the Xperia Z series is dead now and the Xperia X series will replace the Z series now. There will be no more flagship devices in the Xperia Z series, so don’t expect any Xperia Z6 or Xperia Z7 smartphone in the future. Sony will now launch the flagship devices in the Xperia X series and they have recently launched the Xperia X, Xperia X performance and Xperia XA smartphones at MWC 2016 with Xperia X Performance having top-end features along with Snapdragon 820.

Xperiablog has also got the confirmation from Sony that the Xperia Z series will not continue in the future.
