Asus Live Launched with 5-inch HD display and 2GB RAM

Asus has now launched new smartphone with name Asus Live that comes with mid-range specifications which are similar to Asus Zenfone Go smartphone and is now available for sale in Brazil priced at 849 Brazilian Real (around $211). It comes in Blue, Pink and Yellow colors options. The phone comes with model name G500TG and comes with built-in digital TV which is a common feature in smartphones in Brazil.

Asus Live comes with a 5-inch display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.3 GHz MediaTek MT6580 processor with Mali 400 MP2 GPU paired with 2GB of LPDDR3 RAM. It comes with 16GB of internal storage that is further expandable up to 64GB with microSD card. It runs on Android 5.1 lollipop OS out of the box with Zen UI 2.0 on top. It also comes with Dual SIM support.

It features a 8-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash and also has a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It is backed up a 2070 mAh battery and supports 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS etc connectivity options. It measures 71 x 144.5 x 5.2 ~ 9.98 mm and weights 140gms.
