Sony E5706 Expected to be launched with Sony Lavender

As per the rumours it seems that the device which is code named as ‘Lavender’ is not the only handset which Sony is going to announce in the next month.

The device ‘Lavender’, is going to be a ‘selfie centric smartphone’. This phone is going to sport a bezel less display. There have been contradictory reports as to what ‘Lavender’ will be known as. It is expected that it might be launched as T4 Ultra or else C5 Ultra but none of these names have been confirmed officially, so for the time one must take it with a pinch of salt.

And as per the rumours, around the same time another bezel less smart phone ‘Sony E5706’ may be announced by the company. This smart phone is rumoured to have following specifications:

Display : This new phone will be packed with 5.8 inch ,1080 p bezel less display.

Processor: The Sony E5706 is going to be powered with hexa-core Snapdragon 808 processor.

RAM : It is going to have 3 GB RAM.

Camera : This phone is going to be featured with 16 MP rear camera along with a 8MP front shooting camera. This android phone is not being marketed as a phone for selfies but it is expected that it is going to click too good selfies.

This handset is expected to run Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.

 

Lavender is going to have dual 13 MP camera, both the rear and the front and front LED flash. Due to such selfie centered features it is being rumoured that Lavender may be launched as C5 Ultra as this specific nomenclature is reserved for selfie centric android phones of Sony and as per the ‘T- series’ nomenclature which is usually large screen smart phones of Sony, E5706 may be named as T4 Ultra.

As for other specs of Sony Lavender are concerned it is rumoured to be powered with 64 bit octa –core Meditek MT6752 processor which is clocked at 1.7 GHz and will have 2 GB RAM.
