At CES 2017 event, Coolpad announced its new entry level smartphone with some of the high end specifications. The device name is Coolpad Conjr that is launched with a price tag of $180 and will be available in gold and gray color options. Even its an entry-level smartphone it comes with a fingerprint scanner on the rear side and it comes with 3GB of RAM. The device comes with a entry-level processor which is clocked at just 1GHz and we don’t know if it will work well with multitasking or not. The Coolpad Conjr comes with a 5-inch HD IPS 2.5D curved glass display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735CP 64-bit processor with Mali-T720 GPU. It has 3GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage capacity with expandable storage with MicroSD. It runs on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) based Cool UI 8.0 out of the box and we also have Dual SIM option with device.

The Conjr features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, OIS, f/2.2 aperture and an 8-megapixel front-facing camera with LED Flash and a f/2.2 aperture. It is backed up by a 2500 mAh battery and connectivity options includes 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS. A fingerprint scanner is available on the rear side.
