In the ongoing CES 2017 event at Las Vegas, LG has announced two new smartphones today that comes with a stylus pen and a fingerprint scanner for enhanced security of the device. The devices are launched as LG Stylo 3 and Stylo 3 Plus that are the successor to the Stylo 2 and Stylo 2 Plus smartphones launched last year. If you want to buy a Stylo 3 smartphone you need to sign up on the official LG website to receive different notification regarding features, release dates and purchasing information about the Stylo 3 smartphone.

LG has posted some specifications from the base variant LG Stylo 3 on the sign-up page. The LG Stylo 3 comes with a 5.7-inch HD In-cell touch display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and 258ppi. It is powered by a 1.5GHz MT6750 octa-core processor that also comes with Mali T860 dual GPU. The device comes with 3GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage along with MicroSD card expandable storage slot as well. The Stylo 3 runs on the Android 7.0 Nougat OS out of the box.

The Stylo 3 smartphone features a 13-megapixel rear facing camera and an 8-megapixel front facing camera. It is backed up by a 3,200 mAh removable battery and supports 4G LTE connectivity along with Wi-Fi (802.11 b, g, n), Bluetooth 4.2, USB 2.0 Type B port and FM Radio support as well. The device comes with Metallic Titan and Pink Gold color options. It measures 155.6 x 79.8 x 7.4mm and weights 149 grams. The company however, hasn’t provided any pricing and availability details for the device.
