LeEco and Coolpad today announced a new device Cool Changer 1C that comes with handy specifications and premium design. Both the companies previously launched their first smartphone in collaboration called Cool1 in August and now the company has launched their second device. The Cool Changer 1C smartphone is priced at 899 yuan (around $130) and comes with silver color option. Pre-orders for this device have started on LeMall, Coolpad.com and Jd.com in China and the sales of the device will start December 6th in the country.
The Cool Changer 1C comes with a metal unibody design and features a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS in-cell display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, 450nits brightness and 72% NTSC color gamut. It is powered by a octa-core Snapdragon 652 processor (Quad 1.8GHz ARM Cortex A72 + Quad 1.2GHz A53 CPUs) with Adreno 510 GPU. It has 3GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 32GB (eMMC5.1) internal storage capacity. It runs on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) OS based EUI 5.8 and supports Dual SIM.
It features a 13-megapixel camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, 4K video recording, 720p slow motion at 120fps and an 8-megapixel front camera with f/2.2 aperture and 80-degree wide-angle lens. It is backed up by a 4,060mAh battery with fast charging and supports 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4/5 GHz),Bluetooth 4.1, GPS, USB Type C connectivity options. It measures 152.0 × 74.8 × 8.2mm and weights 172g. No news available about its global debut.
