Meizu today announced their second smartphone Meizu M3X along with the flagship Meizu PRO 6 Plus. The Meizu M3X comes priced at 1699 yuan (around $247) for the 3GB RAM + 32GB inbuilt storage option and 1999 yuan (around $290) for the 4GB RAM + 64GB inbuilt storage option. The pre-orders have been started in China and the sales will start this December 8th. It comes with Pearl White, Phantom Blue, Gold and Obsidian Black color options.

The Meizu M3X comes with a glass back with ceramic crystal coating. It also supports mTouch 2.1 fingerprint sensor that can unlock the phone in just 0.2 seconds. It features a 5.5-inch LCD display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, 85% NTSC color gamut, 1500: 1 contrast ratio. It is powered by a 2.3GHz GHz MediaTek Helio P20 Octa-Core 64-bit 16nm processor with ARM Mali T880 GPU and comes with 3GB of RAM + 32GB inbuilt storage and 4GB RAM + 64GB internal storage options.

It runs on the Flyme OS that is based on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) OS and we also have Dual SIM support with this phone. It features a 12 MP rear camera with dual tone LED Flash, Sony IMX386 sensor, 6P lenses, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, 4K video recording and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. A 3200mAh battery with fast charging backs up the device with connectivity options such as 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (2.4/5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.1 LE, GPS and USB Type-C. It measures 153.8x76x7.4mm and weights 165g.
