ZTE launches Axon 7 Max in China with Snapdragon 625, 4GB RAM and a 4100mAh battery priced at $442

ZTE has finally launched its new device in the Axon series known as ZTE Axon 7 Max after teasing the device on their weibo accounts. The ZTE Axon 7 Max is priced at 2999 Yuan (around $442) and is available for pre-orders on MyZTE and JD.com and also comes with 360 yuan (around $53) worth of free 3D content. It will be available for sale starting November 3 in the country. It comes with a full-HD display with 3D viewing capabilities and comes with an aluminum body design with a metal back cover.

The ZTE Axon 7 Max comes with model number ZTE C2016 and features a 6-inch full-HD TFT display with 1920×1080 pixel resolution. It is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 (MSM8953) processor with Adreno 506 GPU. It has 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 64GB inbuilt storage capacity with up to 200GB expandable MicroSD card storage slot option. It runs on Android Marshmallow OS out of the box.

It features a dual-camera on the rear side with 13-megapixel sensors with laser autofocus, dual LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, HDR and a 13-megapixel front facing camera with f/2.0 aperture. It is backed up by a 4100mAh battery with standby time of 660 hrs and also supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 feature. Connectivity options includes 4G LTE, OTG, NFC, 3.5mm headphone jack, USB Type-C port, GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi and other connectivity options as well.

The device also comes with AK4962 HiFi audio chip and 4k video recording as well. A fingerprint scanner is also available on the rear side. It measures 157 x 80.4 x 8.2 mm and weights 196 grams.
