A report also claims that Samsung has conducted a survey in South Korea and more than 50% of users said that the “Note” brand now carries a negative connotation.

The company is now sending a push message to the Galaxy S7 and S7 users that their devices are safe and will not be recalled as they did with the Note 7. From this its clear that Samsung is now relying on the Galaxy S7 flagship to cover the loses they suffered from Note 7 saga.

The company is also offering the Galaxy Note 7 users to exchange their devices with the Galaxy S7 or Galaxy S7 Edge or get a full refund. The users in Canada can now return their Note 7 starting today as the company has officially announced it an official statement and get it exchanged with a Galaxy S7 or S7 edge or receive a full refund for their Note 7 and Note7 specific accessories.
