Motorola is going to announce its new 4th generation Mot G device tomorrow in an official event in India. The device is leaked a number of times previously on GeekBench, FCC, HD renders and on Zauba as well. Now the Twitter leakster @evleaks has shared a new render of the Moto G4 or Moto G 4th Gen. Surprisingly, the leaked render does not have the fingerprint scanner on the front along with the home button as we saw in its previous leaks.

The Moto G4 was previously spotted on FCC with 8 model numbers like FCC including Motorola XT1643, XT1624, XT1622, XT1642, XT1620, XT1640, XT1621 and XT1641 that hints towards multiple variant to be launched in the tomorrow’s event. It was also spotted at Geekbench with octa-core Snapdragon 617 msm8952 processor with 3GB of RAM, and runs on the Android 6.0.1 marshmallow OS out of the box. It scored 719 points in the single core test and 3076 points in the multi core test.

The Moto G4 or Moto G (4th Gen) is expected to have a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and Corning Gorilla glass protection. Under the hood, it is powered by the 1.2GHz Octa-Core 64-bit Snapdragon 430 (MSM8937) processor that comes with Adreno 505 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It comes with 16GB of internal storage and will also carries microSD card slot for expandable storage option. It will run on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out of the box with Dual SIM support and will feature a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, Laser AF and 1080p video recording with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera having the OmniVision OV5693 sensor.

It will be backed up by a 3000mAh battery. The connectivity options includes 4G LTE / 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and NFC. This device will be water resistant and will have a 3.5mm audio jack with FM Radio support. On the other hand, the Moto G4 Plus will have almost similar specifications like the Moto G4 with some changes like upgraded 3GB of RAM, 16-megapixel rear camera instead of 13-megapixel and will have a fingerprint scanner as well. Other features of the Moto G4 Plus will be same as Moto G4.
