Moto X 2nd Gen And Moto G 2nd Gen Started Tasting Android 5.0 Lollipop

As we already know Motorola’s 2nd generation devices like Moto X 2nd Gen and Moto G 2nd Gen have started tasting the new Android 5.0 Lollipop. This update is currently rolling out for US Moto devices like Moto X 2nd Gen, Moto G 2nd Gen and Moto G 2nd Gen Global GSM retail versions sold in the US.

The new Android 5.0 Lollipop brings new features to the Moto X and Moto G devices including a new look and feel, updated notifications system, new flashlight option in settings, New Battery saver panel etc.

Apart from Moto X 2nd Gen and Moto G 2nd Gen, other Motorola devices such as Droid Ultra, Droid Maxx, and Droid Mini will also recieve this Lollipop update in upcoming days. Motorola, however, haven’t said anything about this update on 1st generation Moto x and Moto G.

The new Android 5.0 Lollipop is now available in india for nexus 4 users and will be available soon for other Google devices as well. Motorola haven’t announced anything about this update for countries outside US currently but we can expect an annoucement soon from motorola.
