We recently told you about the new smartphone from Oppo called the Oppo Sky that was launched by the company in Mexico. Now, another smartphone from Oppo has been launched in Thailand called the Oppo Mirror 5 Lite that is priced at 5,990 THB (around $168). This device is currently listed on official Oppo Thailand website here. The name implies that the Oppo Mirror 5 Lite is the lite version of the Oppo Mirror 5 that was launched in August last year.

It features a 5.0-inches TFT qHD display with 960 x 540 pixels resolution. It is powered by a MediaTek MT6582 Quad-core 1.3GHz processor along with Mali-400MP2 GPU. To compare, the Mirror 5 have used Snapdragon 410 processor instead. The Mirror 5 Lite comes with 1 GB of RAM and 16GB of inbuilt storage capacity with unknown size expandable storage microSD card slot. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS based ColorOS 2.1 out of the box.

Oppo Mirror 5 Lite features an 8-megapixel rear LED flash camera with f/2.0 aperture and a 5-megapixel front facing camera with f/2.4 aperture. It comes with a 2420 mAh Li-Po unremovable battery. Connectivity options available are Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 3G, OTG and Dual SIM support. It measures 142.7 mm x 71.7 mm x 7.55 mm and weights 142 grams. It is available in White and Black color options.

The company has not shared any plans for its global availability and will be available in Thailand as of now. Oppo Sky has been launched recently that comes with a 4.5-inches FWVGA IPS LCD display with 480 x 854 pixel resolution, a quad-core 1.2GHz 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 (MSM8926) processor, Adreno 305 GPU, 1GB of RAM, 8GB inbuilt storage capacity with microSD card expandable storage up to 32 GB, Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS out of the box with company’s Coloros UI on top, a 5-megapixel rear camera with a soft light LED flash and f / 2.4 aperture, a 2-megapixel front facing camera with f / 2.8 aperture, a Li-Po 1900 mAh (non-removable) battery and connectivity options like 4G LTE, 3G, 2G, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Wifi 802.11 b/g/n, OTG and single SIM support.
