Letv Le Max Pro Official Now With Snapdragon 820, World’s First Phone With SD820

The world’s first Snapdragon 820 powered phone is now official at the CES 2016 called the Letv Le Max Pro. Qualcomm officially announced this news today showcasing the phone in the event. LeTV will start selling the LeTV Le Max Pro smartphone in the first half of 2016. LeTV Le Max Pro will also use the features like the more secure Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Sense ID ultrasonic fingerprint technology.

The chipmaker, however, hasn’t revealed any official specs of the phone in the event. Le Max Pro will be the successor to the Letv Le Max that was launched last year. LeTV Le Max Pro comes with a 6.33-inch Quad HD display with 2560×1440 pixels resolution and is powered by the 64-bit Quad-Core Snapdragon 820 processor with Adreno 530 GPU and 4GB of DDR4 RAM. It comes with 64GB internal storage. It runs on Android Lollipop based EUI.

It features a 21-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, Sony IMX230 Sensor, OIS, f/2.0 aperture and dual ISP. A 4-megapixel front-facing camera is also available with OmniVision OV4688 sensor. It supports Dual SIM and features the connectivity options like 4G LTE with VoLTE, Tri-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.1, APT-X, GPS, NFC, MHL 3.0, USB Type C, 3.5mm audio jack, Wireless HDMI, LeHiFi and audio chip built by AKG etc.

Le Max Pro comes with a 3400mAh battery and has a fingerprint reader with Qualcomm Sense ID available on its back. It measures 167.1×83.5×8.95mm and weights 204g. The pricing details of the phone are also not revealed by the chipmaker. So we have to wait for the unveiling of the phone by LeTV itself. Stay tuned.
