Moto G Turbo Edition, which was launched in Mexico and Brazil last month, is now available in India for purchase. Motorola has launched the Moto G Turbo Edition smartphone with upgraded features in India today where it will cost Rs. 14,499 (Around $217). This smartphone comes with upgraded features and hardware as compared to the Moto G 3rd generation. Moto G Turbo Edition is now available on Indian e-retailer Flipkart exclusively with a number of launch offers.

Moto G Turbo edition comes with a 5-inch HD TFT LCD display having a resolution of 720×1280 pixels and has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection as well. It is powered by a more powerful 1.5 GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 615 processor instead of the Snapdragon 410 SoC used in the 3rd generation Moto G. The RAM of the phone is also upgraded to 2GB from 1GB used in 3rd gen Moto G. There is 16GB of inbuilt storage available that can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD storage card.

As of now, Moto G Turbo Edition runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS out-of-the-box and may get the Android Marshmallow in the upcoming days. It features a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and CCT Dual LED flash  and a 5-megapixel front camera is also available with f/2.2 aperture.
