JohnWe recently saw Philips V526 certified by TENAA in China, now Philips has launched this phone with the name Philips Xenium V526 in China for 1499 yuan ($235).
The main highlight of this phone is its large 5000 mAh battery that comes with fast charge feature where 6 minutes charging can help calling for one hour and the XPower energy-saving feature allows calling for 24 minutes from last 1 percent battery.
Philips Xenium V526 features a 5-inches HD IPS display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and is powered by a MediaTek MT6735 chipset processor with 1.3GHz Quad Core processor and Arm Mali T-760 GPU. Philips Xenium V526 also supports OTG function that comes with features such as the reverse charge, external U disk, mouse, etc.
It has 1GB of RAM and runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box. It has 8GB of internal storage that is further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. It comes with 13 MP rear camera with a 5 MP front camera.
Connectivity options includes Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-fi, hotspot, micro-USB 2.0, GPS, A-GPS and FM Radio. It weights 189 gms and comes in Black and White colors variants.
