JohnSamsung has launched two new Galaxy E series smartphones Samsung Galaxy E5 And Samsung Galaxy E7 in India in the CES 2015. Galaxy E5 is prices at Rs. 19,700 and Galaxy E7 is priced at Rs. 23,000 and both will be available for sale starting January 20.
Both the smartphones comes with the new “Hybrid Dual-SIM” feature where the second SIM slot can be used as microSD card slot. Both smartphones comes with Android 4.4 KitKat OS preloaded with no information if both are upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Samsung Galaxy E5 comes with a 5-inch Super Amoled display with 1.2GHz quad-core processor and 1.5GB of RAM. It has 16GB of inbuilt storage, expandable further via microSD card up to 64GB. It comes with 8 megapixel rear autofocus camera with LED flash and a 5 megapixel front-facing camera is also on the board.
Samsung Galaxy E5 comes with connectivity options such as 3G, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB 2.0, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS etc. It comes with a 2400mAh battery.
On the other hand, Samsung Galaxy E7 comes with a larger 5.5 inch Super Amoled display with 1.2GHz quad-core processor . it has 2GB of RAM and comes with 16GB of inbuilt storage that is further expandable up to 64GB via microSD card. 2950mAh battery powers this smartphone with connectivity options such as Micro-USB 2.0, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS etc.
