AmanXiaomi has recently confirmed that they are going to launch the upcoming MIUI 7 OS on August 13 in China at China National Convention Center here, and now Xiaomi has also confirmed the launch date of MIUI 7 OS in India as well. Xiaomi will launch MIUI 7 on August 19 at The Lalit, New Delhi. Xiaomi confirmed this news here.
The event will start at 14:30 IST where they will unviel the first look of the new Android-based MIUI 7. Xiaomi admin confirms that,”MIUI 7 China ROM will be introduced in China on August 13, and MIUI 7 Global ROM with tailored features for global fans will be unveiled on August 19 in India.”

Xiaomi is also expected to launch the new Redmi Note 2 smartphone in the China event on August 13. Redmi Note 2 is expected to come with features like 5.5 inches IPS LCD display, 1.2 GHz Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 Quad-core Cortex-A53 processor, 1 or 2 GB RAM, 13 MP rear and 5 MP front camera, 3100 mAh battery etc.
