Samsung announces Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017), Galaxy A5 (2017) and Galaxy A3 (2017) water-resistant smartphones

Just last month, Samsung‘s official Russian website confirmed the three Galaxy A 2017 series devices Samsung Galaxy A7 (2017), Galaxy A5 (2017) and Galaxy A3 (2017) that comes with water resistance feature and fingerprint scanners as well. Now, the company has launched the three new Galaxy A series smartphones. All the three devices comes with Black Sky, Gold Sand, Blue Mist and Peach Cloud color options. All th three devices will be available in Russia in early-January followed by other regions. The pricing details of all the devices were kept private by the company at the time of the launch of these devices.

Let’s start with the bigger Samsung Galaxy A7 2017. It comes with a 5.7-inch Full-HD Super AMOLED display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.87GHz Octa-Core Exynos 7880 processor with Mali-T830 GPU. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal storage capacity that is expandable upto 256GB with microSD card. It runs on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) OS out of the box and also supports dual-SIMs.

It features a 16-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, F/1.9 aperture leans and a 16-megapixel front facing camera with F/1.9 aperture as well. The Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 comes with a 5.2-inch Full HD Super AMOLED display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution and is powered by a 1.87GHz octa-core Exynos 7880 processor with Mali-T830 GPU and 3GB of RAM. It has 32GB of internal storage capacity and also support expandable storage upto 256GB with microSD card. It also runs on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) and supports Dual-SIMs.

It has 2GB of RAM and 16GB internal storage that is further expandable upto 256GB via microSD card. It runs on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) OS out of the box again and supports dual-SIMs.

It features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and an 8-megapixel front camera. A smaller 2350mAh battery powers the device and it also comes with a fingerprint scanner on the physical home button with a water resistant body. It measures 135.4 x 66.2 x 7.9mm and comes with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS connectivity options.
