Motorola is not only working on the Moto G 4th gen, it is also working on the next generation Moto X rumored to be called as Motorola Moto X (4th Gen.) or Moto X4. Motorola is holding an official event on May 17th in India, where the company is expected to announce the 4th generation of Moto G devices. The company may also announce the 4th Gen Moto X too in this event. Some new images have just been leaked from the device, a real image and a couple of new renders also.

Some new renders have just surfaced that shows us the design of the device. These new leaked renders matches with the leaked actual image of the Moto X4 shared by @evleaks on his Twitter account. One of the leaked renders comes with the Verizon and Droid logo, which confirms that there will be a Verizon variant of this new Moto X and will be launched in the Droid series. The other render will be the international variant of the device. The Moto X 4th Gen was also spotted at GeekBench with model number Motorola XT1650.

At GeekBench, the Moto X 4th Gen is listed with a 1.59 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor with 4GB of RAM and runs on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out of the box. No other details were listed on GeekBench database listing of the device, so we have to wait for the TENAA or GFXBench listing for more details on this device. It scored 2309 points in the single core test and 5344 points in the multi-core test.
