Moto G Android 4.4.2 KitKat Update Started Rolling

Surprising the users, Motorola today announced that they have started rolling out the new Android 4.4.2 KitKat Update on its newly launched Moto G smartphone. They informed the users about this news on their official blogspot page today. The update is available via OTA.

 

Earlier, Motorola announced that it going to roll out the update in early 2014 but now they started the update early from that said time. The new update will roll out for Moto G phones bought on Motorola.com or Amazon.com in the U.S. Motorola also announced that KitKat will come to other Moto G carriers and regions soon as well.

This latest version of Android brings some cool new features, including printing emails and photos from your phone. Also the update is started in Brazil for retail devices.

The update will bring new features like Enhanced Touchless Control, Spreading Holiday Cheer, More Camera Goodness for Moto G and DROID,  Improved Active Display, More Kernel Sources etc.
