ZTE launches Nubia Z11 Mini S in China with Snapdragon 625, 4GB RAM and 3000mAh battery

As expected, ZTE has launched the Nubia NX549J as ZTE Nubia Z11 Mini S in China today. The Nubia NX549J got the TENAA approval a couple of days back with similar specifications and design and was said to be the Nubia’s upcoming device that the company launched finally today. This device is priced at 1499 yuan (around $222) for the 64GB inbuilt storage variant and 1899 yuan (around $281) for the 128GB storage variant.

It comes with Gold, Silver and Gold with Black color options and the customers in China can now order it with sales starting from October 25th. Let’s now checkout the specifications of this newly launched device. ZTE Nubia Z11 Mini S comes with a 5.2-inch full-HD 2.5D display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, 85% NTSC color gamut and 450nits brightness. It is powered by the 2GHz octa-core Snapdragon 625 processor that also comes with Adreno 506 GPU.

It comes with 4GB of LPDDR3 RAM and 64/128GB (eMMC 5.1) inbuilt storage options with option to expand the storage up to 200GB with microSD card. It runs on the Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) with Nubia UI 4.0 on top and comes with hybrid Dual SIM option. It features a 23-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, Sony IMX318 sensor, PDAF, f/2.0 aperture, 6P lens and a 13-megapixel front-facing camera with Sony IMX258 sensor, f/2.2 aperture and an 80-degree wide-angle lens.

A fingerprint scanner is located at the back of the device that can unlock the phone in just 0.2 seconds according to the company. A 3000mAh battery backs up the device and it supports 4G VoLTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS + GLONASS, USB Type-C connectivity options. It measures 146.06×72.14×7.60mm and weights 158 grams. There are no details available about its global availability and pricing details.
