Sony has now officially announced that Android 4.3 Jelly Bean Update is started now on the Xperia Z1 and Xperia Z Ultra smartphones. The company recently announced this update on their website.

The new Android 4.3 update will bring lots of new features like:

1. Bringing Project Butter performance & UI optimisation and a smoother graphical experience
2. Sony’s Smart Social Camera in Xperia Z Ultra
3. Sony’s entire native app portfolio will get the latest versions with tweaked / improved / current experiences for Messaging, MyXperia, Smart Connect, Small apps, TrackID, Sony Select.
4. Sony’s Media apps like WALKMAN, Album and Movies integration with Sony Entertainment Network cloud service.
5. Launch of unique custom interface experience “Xperia Themes”, with downloadable UI packs from Sony Select.
6. The latest Android security enhancements, matched with Sony’s mobile enterprise solution.

These exciting features will make these smartphone more reliable. Also Sony have announced that all other Sony phones will get this update soon. However, no exact date has been announced by the company.
