Motorola is going to launch the new Moto Z series devices along with Moto Z Play in its September 6th event in China. The company may also launch the Moto M smartphone in this official event that was previously rumored as Moto X 2016. The Moto M has now received the TENAA approval along with the Moto Z and both are listed at TENAA with images and specifications. The Moto M is listed with model number XT1662 and the Moto Z is listed with model number XT1650-05 at TENAA.

The Moto M (XT1662) TENAA listing reveals a 5.5-inches TFT full-HD display with 1920 × 1080 pixel resolution and is powered by a 2.2GHz octa-core 2.1 GHz MediaTek MT6755 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM and 32GB / 64GB inbuilt storage option and also comes with up to 32GB MicroSD card expandable storage slot. It runs on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box.

It features a 16-megapixel rear LED flash camera and an 8-megapixels front facing camera. It is backed up by a 3000 mAh battery and comes with Gold and silver color options. Connectivity options includes a 4G LTE, 3G, Bluetooth, USB, WiFi, GPS and FM Radio support also. It measures 151 × 75 × 8 (mm) and weights 163 grams. A round shape fingerprint scanner is also available on the rear side below the rear camera.

The Moto Z was launched along with Moto Z Force and is already up for pre-orders in the UK. The Moto Z is listed Next at TENAA that we already know comes with a 5.46-inch OLED Quad HD display with 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution. It is powered by a 1.82GHz quad-core processor which will be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor with Adreno 530 GPU. It has 4GB LPDDR4 RAM and 64GB internal storage option and there is no expandable storage available. It runs on Android 6.0.1 (Marshmallow) OS.

It features a 13-megapixel rear cameras with dual-tone LED flash and a 5-megapixel camera. It is backed up by a 2480mAh battery on TENAA. Connectivity features includes 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, front-ported loud speaker, 4-Mics, Moto Mods connector and Water repellent nano-coating. It also comes with a fingerprint scanner embedded on the physical home button. It measures 153.3 × 75.3 × 5.19 mm and weights 138 grams. Color options includes Black and White.
