Xiaomi is rumored to be working on two new devices Xiaomi Redmi 4 and Xiaomi Mi note 2 and is expected to launch Xiaomi Redmi 4 on August 25 and the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 on September 5. Now some images of the Xiaomi Redmi 4 have been leaked online on weibo giving us some hints about its design. These leaked images showcases the device in White color option and both the rear and front panels of the device can be seen in the leaked images.

The leaked images also shows that there will be a fingerprint scanner on the rear side below the camera. THe rear camera comes with the LED flash and the “Mi” logo is placed at the bottom of the rear side. The leaked images also confirms a full metal unibody design with round edges and the antenna bands are also visible at the top and bottom. The front panel of the device shows the capacitive navigation buttons at the bottom and thin bezel on the left and right edges of this device.

The Xiaomi Redmi 4 is rumored to launch with a 5-inch full-HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution and will be powered by a Snapdragon 625 processor along with 2GB/3GB of RAM. It will also have 16GB /32GB of inbuilt storage options with expandable storage via microSD card slot. Connectivity options to include are 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac (2.4 and 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS. It will run on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with MIUI 8 on top.

The Xiaomi Redmi 4 is rumored to feature a 4100mAh battery. However, no camera details about this device were available. The price of this device is expected to be around CNY 699 (around $105) and will be announced on August 25 in China. Let’s wait for the official event to have some more details about this device.
