Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus announced with 3GB RAM, Snapdragon 616 and 2750mAh removable battery

Today in an official event in India Lenovo not only launched the flagship Lenovo Vibe K5 Note, they also launched the Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus in the Vibe K series. Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus is priced at Rs. 8,499 (around $127) for the 3GB RAM variant and the 2GB RAM variant is priced at Rs. 7,999 (around $120). It will be available for pre-orders on Flipkart from today and will go on sale on 3rd August midnight. Color options includes Platinum Silver, Champagne Gold and Graphite Gray color.

The Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus comes with a 5-inch Full-HD IPS display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and 450 nits brightness. It is powered by the 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 ( 4 x 1.2 GHz Cortex A53 + 4 x 1.5 GHz Cortex A53) processor with Adreno 405 GPU. It has 3GB and 2GB RAM options with 16GB internal storage with expandable storage up to 128GB with microSD card. It runs on the Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Lean Lenovo Pure UI and Dual SIM is also supported.

It features a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED Flash, Omnivision OV13850 sensor, f/2.2 aperture, 5P lenses, 1080p video recording and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.8 aperture, 4P lenses. It is backed up by a 2750mAh removable battery and connectivity options includes 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS with 3.5mm audio jack, FM Radio, dual speakers, Dolby Atmos, PM8916 audio codec extra features. It measures 142x71x8.2mm and weights 142g.
